Fishing Tournament / Golf | Registration

UMCA is holding this golf event as a fun day of golf before a hard day of fishing the next day. It will be a gathering of Contractors, Suppliers, Members & Guest of the UMCA as one of our first fundraising events of the year 2007. In order for us to make this a 1st class event & lighten the cost involved & strengthen the prize monies, we are asking that you help us by sponsoring a hole.

You Can Choose From 4 Sponsorship Levels:

$700 Platinum - Tee-Box Sign, Advertising, Golf for (4) Players
$350 Gold - Advertising, Golf for (2) Players
$200 Silver - Advertising, Golf for (1) Player
$100 Blue - Advertising (Non-Playing Sponsor)
$100 Individual Player - Golf for (1)

Due to the number of spaces available we will be accepting on a first come first serve basis. If you would like to also donate a gift, we will be happy to award it in your name.

Format	The tournament play will be individual quota and team quota. The best team quota will win 1st Place prize and then the best individual will win from 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, etc. Number of places will be determined by the number of players.
Quota System	We will be playing a Point Quota System, each player will have an established quota by subtracting their current handicap from 36 to determine that persons quota (i.e. Player A, 12 handicap will have a 24 quota) 36-12 Points: Bogie 1, Par 2, Birdie 3, Eagle6, D. Eagle 8.
Price	$150.00 per Player
